Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing the accounts payable process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining a clean and organized accounting ledger.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • End-to-end accounts payable experience with high volume invoice processing
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain open communication with colleagues and management
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using SAP/Concur or similar accounting software
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive hourly rate, superannuation benefits, and the opportunity to work as a permanent employee after a 3-month temp-to-perm period. The successful applicant will be required to work from our Lane Cove office 3 days a week, with the option to work from home on the remaining two days.
