Value Creation Strategist

About the role
- We are seeking an expert in procurement sourcing strategies to drive value within our organisation.
- Support the development and implementation of end-to-end efficiency initiatives to unlock cost savings
- Contribute to volume and share growth by supporting strategic sourcing initiatives
- Drive alignment of sourcing strategies with enterprise priorities and goals
- Identify and deliver 'right-fit' supplier partnerships focused on value creation, supply security, sustainability and profit benefits
- Establish criteria for Value-Add agreements, including cost transparency, commodity impact visibility and efficiency targets
- Enhance collaboration with suppliers for end-to-end reviews, packaging and product efficiency and cost input analysis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on priority alignment, governance and benefit realisation
- Possess expertise in procurement sourcing strategies and stakeholder relationship management
- Demonstrate ability to drive value through end-to-end efficiency initiatives and cost savings
- Show understanding of enterprise priorities and strategic blueprint
- Able to identify and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
