We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Centacare. As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality educational programs for primary school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Lead a team of educators to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver programs that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Centacare's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Hold a Diploma-level qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Have experience working as an Educational Leader or in a similar role.
  • Hold a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and First Aid certification.
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide leadership and guidance to colleagues.
