As a Lead Educator, you'll have the opportunity to support our educators in implementing programs, following the EYLF, and sharing the excitement of child-led discovery. You'll also nurture and develop our team members, ensuring they confidently contribute to our children's learning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting educators to implement programs and follow the EYLF
  • Nurturing and developing team members to confidently contribute to children's learning
  • Building strong relationships with families and educators
  • Ensuring compliance with EYLF and NQS

About you:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Passion for developing young learners
