About the Role:We focus on simplifying the property journey through expertise and exclusive data. The Technical Lead for the Commercial Tech Operations Squad will drive our company's strategy by ensuring technical excellence and innovation. This role involves leading Salesforce solutions, especially leveraging Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ, to enhance our CRM for commercial operations.
You will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Business Systems Engineers to define requirements and steer project directions. Establishing and improving technical standards and practices aligned with ITIL principles will be key to delivering high-quality, business-aligned solutions.
Qualifications:- Proven Salesforce development experience, including leadership roles.
- Experience with Vlocity, Salesforce Media Cloud, or Salesforce Industries CPQ.
- Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript, and APIs.
- Support call ownership and issue resolution skills.
- Mentoring and coaching engineers.
- Designing scalable and performant software solutions.
- Salesforce Certifications such as OmniStudio, Industries CPQ, Administrator, and Platform Developer.
