Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected during their visit to our establishment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess a warm and inviting personality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome.
  • Manage reservations efficiently through OpenTable and coordinate seating arrangements with the service team.
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth coordination of seating and service.
  • Provide guests with menus and offer assistance or information as needed.
  • Monitor the dining room to maintain cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Assist with special events or promotions as required.
Requirements:
  • Thursday-Sunday availability is essential.
  • Current RSA certification is a must.
  • A bubbly and hardworking attitude is vital to your success in this role.
