Corporate Governance Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to take on a leadership role and drive growth in our Corporate Governance consulting business.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, defining the long-term strategic direction, and shaping growth plans. You will also strengthen the profile of the business and ensure excellence in client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement the strategic direction of the Corporate Governance business, focusing on client development, service evolution, and market positioning.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Lead the team in managing business performance, aligning work allocation to goals, and supporting practitioners in identifying and managing risk effectively.

With full flexibility in how you work, some domestic travel may be required. This role will suit someone who is:

  • Qualified in Law, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related field, with a strong understanding of professional services.
  • Experienced (10+ years) in professional services, consulting, legal, finance, or company secretary roles.

As a highly visible leader, you will shape growth plans, strengthen the business's profile, and ensure exceptional client relationships.
