The Position

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Portfolio Sales Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple hotels, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple market segments.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare and present customized quotations and contracts to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Partnerships: Foster collaborative relationships with Revenue, Reservations, F&B, Front Office, and hotel partners.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of sales success in a related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Accor's systems and processes is an asset.
