Leadership Opportunity in Mental Health

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced mental health professional to lead our Medicare Mental Health services at Armadale and Gosnells.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Nursing, along with current registration with AHPRA or membership with the appropriate professional association.

  • Provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to the team.
  • Ensure prioritisation and delegation of duties for caregiver caseloads.
  • Promote professional values and ethics in clinical practice.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role within a community-based mental health setting, including the ability to allocate tasks effectively and supervise a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Nursing.
  • Current registration with AHPRA or membership with the appropriate professional association.

Benefits:

  • $132,322 to $141,104 per annum dependant on experience and qualification.
  • 12% superannuation.

Note: Successful applicants must hold a current Working with Children Certificate and National Police Clearance.
