Job Title: Store Leader

We are seeking a Store Leader to manage our retail store. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer-centricity through leading by example
  • Develop the talent within your team and drive financial sales, profit, and productivity by achieving targets set by management
  • Craft a welcoming and visually captivating atmosphere that effortlessly grabs customers' attention
  • Oversee store rostering and wage expenses while maintaining a sharp emphasis on commercial acumen
  • Manage stock (up to 15kg) in a fast-paced environment ensuring seamless customer service
  • Track store sales performance, recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement - communicate findings to peers and senior management
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals to join our organization

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager
  • A passion for the retail industry is essential
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & visual merchandising
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, inspire, and excite your peers
