About the Role

Bluefin Resources is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Transformation Lead to join their team. As a Clinical Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and rollout of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to optimize clinical workflows, elevate patient care, and enhance operational effectiveness across healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Transformation: Lead the design and rollout of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, aiming to optimize clinical workflows, elevate patient care, and enhance operational effectiveness across healthcare environments.
  • Product Leadership: Serve as the Product Owner/Product Manager, defining the product roadmap, prioritizing key features, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and client needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clinicians, IT teams, executives, and external vendors to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver solutions that meet diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Implementation and Change Management: Provide guidance during the implementation phase, leveraging clinical expertise to ensure smooth adoption and integration within healthcare teams.

About You:

  • Clinical Background: You are a Registered Nurse or Physician with in-depth knowledge of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards in primary care or hospital settings.
  • Digital Health Expertise: You bring proven experience in developing and implementing digital health solutions, ideally with hands-on experience using Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Product Management Skills: You are skilled in defining product vision, creating roadmaps, setting priorities, and managing product backlogs.
  • Consulting Acumen: Strong consulting skills, particularly in stakeholder management, change management, and solution delivery.
  • Exceptional Communication: You excel in both written and verbal communication, adept at explaining complex technical concepts to various audiences.
