Chief Learning and Capability Officer

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the development and delivery of our learning and capability programs. As a key member of our team, you will have opportunities to work on complex issues facing consumers and businesses.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of our learning and capability programs. This includes implementing a comprehensive review of our capability framework, aligning it with our Learning Management System, and integrating it with our performance and development processes.
You will also maintain and implement our Capability Framework, develop and implement the Performance Framework, and design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to our job family framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated experience leading a learning and development team or similar role in a fast-paced and large complex people-centred organisation.
- Expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
- Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including how to operationalise them in a hybrid learning environment.
