Corporate Communications Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to play a pivotal role in delivering strategic communication initiatives that drive enterprise objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop high-quality, targeted communications aligned to diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate is an articulate communicator with a background in media, public relations or corporate communications. They will have strong writing, editing, content development, and channel management skills across digital, print and social media platforms, as well as experience designing and implementing integrated communication plans.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling communications, including key messages, presentations, website and Intranet copy, printed collateral, videos, eDMs and social media content. You will also design and implement feedback mechanisms and analyse key metrics to measure communication effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies to engage and inform stakeholders about our initiatives and enhance our reputation.
  • Support internal communications efforts in line with strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand communication needs and deliver communications that achieve stakeholder objectives.
  • Design and develop a range of high-quality communications to support the rollout of key projects and initiatives.
  • Create, proofread and edit copy for various communication channels, ensuring all communications adhere to our brand, tone of voice and governance standards.
