We're seeking a results-driven, relationship-focused professional to excel in our Key Account + Business Development role.

  • Maintain and Grow Key Accounts: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across our diverse portfolio of brands.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and customer service.
  • Understand Client Needs: Provide tailored solutions to address client pain points and deliver exceptional service to families and businesses alike.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or technical client support, preferably in B2B & software.
  • A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and managed services is essential for success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and managed services.
  • Sales and Account Management: Proven track record in sales, account management, or technical client support.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
