Indie Campers Corporate Finance Role

In this role at Indie Campers, you will be part of the Corporate Finance Team and responsible for securing funding for all operational and investment needs. You will work with banks, investors, and leasing partners to finance projects, manage fleet related purchases, and negotiate with insurance companies.

About the Position

  • You will be managing finance projects from research to close, working with various stakeholders, including financial, operations, and asset teams.
  • Headline fleet related purchases, such as insurance and leasing arrangements, and maintain relationships with leasing and production companies.
  • Negotiate with insurance companies and brokers to secure better conditions.
  • Develop cash flow maps, design strategies for fund utilization, and support treasury decisions, forecasting cash flow needs for 18 months.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's funding strategy for its operational and investment plans, including a 5-year business plan for new business units.
  • Prepare reports for Board, Shareholders, and Management meetings, as well as updates on business performance and financial statements for external stakeholders.
  • Create and set up special financing projects in collaboration with other departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Management, Economics, or Finance.
  • Over 3 years of experience in corporate and strategy finance positions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast learner with tech-savvy skills, eager to implement new procedures using new tools to improve efficiency through automation.
  • Results-driven individual with attention to detail, able to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to changing situations.
  • Motivated by taking ownership of projects.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
