Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven retail leader to manage our Melbourne store. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining store presentation, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About You:

  • You have demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading from the front and empowering your team.
  • You think customer first, nail the fundamentals, and take retail seriously.
  • You have similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker.

About the Role:

  • Leading a team of up to 20 team members and driving business results.
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Liaising with stock management and managing stock levels to maximise return on floor space.
  • Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance.

A Day in the Life:

  • You will be responsible for coaching and training your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • You will maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform your decision-making and drive business growth.
