Senior Beauty Advisor
We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Job Description:
Lead the store team in providing outstanding client service, ensuring seamless interactions, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, achieve business targets, and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensure accurate inventory management, and optimize operational processes.
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members, promoting their growth, development, and career advancement within the company.
Act as the point of contact for clients and cast members, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications:
3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment with high sales targets.
Proven track record of achieving sales growth, exceeding performance targets, and developing high-performing teams.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to analyze data, interpret reports, and make informed business decisions.

Able to work a rotating roster to support store needs.
Previous retail management experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure the store represents the brand.
Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Australian citizen or permanent resident.
