Senior Retail Store Leader

We are seeking an accomplished and passionate leader to helm our retail store in Melbourne. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, implementing operational improvements, and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily store operations and embedding company values
  • Implementing roster changes and driving sales through KPIs
  • Coaching and developing the retail team in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Assisting the retail team with customer service, pre-testing and dispensing
  • Maintaining store presentation standards and stock management

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, with proven ability to multitask between operational responsibilities whilst simultaneously developing a team
  • Evaluating and implementing new measures in enhancing store performance. Optical experience is highly desirable, however full optics training will be provided
  • Encouraging and motivating the team throughout their development journey
  • An efficient response to changing circumstances and delegating tasks effectively
