About the Role

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bars. Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of bar management.

Key responsibilities include managing shift operations, supervising staff, and implementing policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, meeting customer expectations and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in hospitality management, preferably with experience in a similar capacity.
  • Approved Manager Certification from a nationally accredited training provider (inclusive of RSA).
  • COVID Hygiene Certificate from a recognized authority.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
