Business Development Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to foster long-term relationships with customers and develop business opportunities through strategic account management.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. As part of our Relationship Management team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on business growth opportunities for our existing customer base.

About the Role
The Business Development Specialist is an entry-level sales position where you will work closely with Relationship Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, assessing customer needs, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities for existing customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate customer data and activity records in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to team revenue goals.
- Provide valuable feedback to enhance customer insights and product development.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- CRM experience and ability to manage customer data effectively.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated to drive results.
