About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Contracts Lead to join our dynamic team at Delivering 4 Customers. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and securing new business opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to secure new and profitable business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to identify and pursue new business prospects
  • Lead the Pre-Contracts function to execute business strategies and secure projects through the EOI, Tender, and Post Tender phases
  • Collaborate with functional business units to ensure effective handover from the tender team to the delivery team
  • Manage and develop capability within a positive employee relations environment
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales/proposals or marketing experience in construction or a related field, with key clients
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Sciences, Project Management, or Construction Management
  • In-depth market and technical knowledge in a specialist sector (e.g. Utilities, Civil)
  • White Card is desirable
