About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with psychosocial disabilities. As our new Recovery Coach, you will partner with participants to strengthen their ability to design, manage, and control their supports, assist them to take more control over their life, and better manage any challenges they encounter in day-to-day living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and support individuals to achieve their recovery goals
  • Coordinate supports in line with participants' NDIS plans and individual goals
  • Partner with participants to strengthen their ability to design, manage, and control their supports
  • Assist participants to take more control over their life and better manage any challenges they encounter

What You'll Need:

  • Certificate IV in Mental Health or above
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Current valid Driver's License
  • The right to work in Australia, working with children Check and National Police Records Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
