Pet Store Sales Associate

As a Keyholder, you will assist with ensuring consistently great execution in our stores, recommend the best products and services to create a healthy and playful life for all pets, and share accountability to drive profit and fuel our growth.
Keyholders prioritize Safety, Compassion, Expertise, and Efficiency in all they do and live by and coach to our Core Beliefs.
Responsibilities:
- Cashier and customer sales
- Preparing merchandise orders, banking, and other miscellaneous paperwork
- Placing small items into stock in the sales area of the store
- Sweeping, dusting, and other general store maintenance functions
- Assisting in unloading delivery vehicles and putting items into stock
- Effectively opening and closing the store while following company procedures
- Assigning daily goals and tasks to ACEs when needed
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Working knowledge of POS systems
- Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
- Flexible work schedule according to business needs
- Reliable means of transportation to and from the store
- A valid driver's license may be required
