**Community Outreach Specialist Role Overview:**

Our organisation is seeking an Assistant Place Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Communications Manager.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing activities and initiatives to connect with the community, building partnerships and strengthening existing relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop reports and presentations on time or as requested;
- Prepare surveys to collect relevant data about Community Engagement;
- Be responsible for site offices to attend community and stakeholders;
- Advise management of any changes impacting safety, quality or the environment.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

- 4 years of experience managing relationships with relevant stakeholders;
- Office management software proficiency;
- Diploma in Audiovisual Communications, Public Relationships or Journalism.
