Resident Liaison Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of services to residents and guests outside of ordinary business hours.

About the Role
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with all questions and reasonable requests, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Make and confirm reservations, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with guests.
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance when residents/guests report problems, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Advise housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated, ensuring seamless cleaning and preparation for new arrivals.
- Use computer programs to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Attend to matters outside of office hours, including noise complaints, supplying linen, washing tokens, change for games room, replacing light bulbs/heaters/kettles, electricity faults/safety switches, and key to BBQ.
- Clean cabins as required, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Clean tourist amenities, including campers, kitchen, laundry, pool, and BBQs (if applicable), ensuring a safe and clean environment for guests.
- Lock up cabins, common areas, and gates once vacated, securing the premises and preventing unauthorized access.
- Attend to the pool area after hours (if applicable), ensuring safety and security.
- Carry out routine walk-around and perimeter checks, monitoring the surroundings and reporting any concerns.
- Conduct grounds and maintenance duties when directed by Park or Community Manager, supporting the overall upkeep and maintenance of the facility.
- Take responsibility for the night phone when on call and not rostered on, acting as the first point of contact when the office is closed.
- Perform overnight stays to provide prompt check-in assistance to guests outside of ordinary business operating hours.
About You
- You will possess current First Aid Certification, National Police Check, and Fire and Emergency Evacuation Accreditation, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role.
- Strong computer literacy skills and planning and organizational abilities will enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Confident decision-making and ability to work with minimal supervision will be essential in this position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills, will ensure effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Articulate and well-spoken, with a proactive team-player attitude, you will thrive in this fast-paced environment.
- Well-organized and time-conscious, with confidence and proficiency in dealing with people, you will excel in this role.
