Mental Health and Wellbeing Service Lead

Clinical Service Managers play a vital role in ensuring mental health and wellbeing services provide safe and effective responses to adults and older adults experiencing crisis or significant distress.
About the RoleThe Clinical Service Manager will oversee the Mental Health and Wellbeing service, guaranteeing it provides high-quality care and support to those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic partnerships within the community to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for consumers.
- Identify service gaps in the local community and design appropriate models of service delivery to address these gaps.
- Take a lead role in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the MH&WL with the support of the Regional Manager.
- Be a Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate from AHPRA.
- Current AHPRA or AASW Registration.
- Current Driver's licence.
- Australian Working Rights.
- National Criminal History Check (Police check) - disclosable outcomes considered.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the Human Services Sector.
