Key Geotechnical Leadership Role

As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead geotechnical projects across Sydney and New South Wales, contributing to national and international initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analysing and interpreting geotechnical data to develop commercially viable solutions.
  • Undertaking or overseeing geotechnical assessments in areas such as tunnels, dams, slope stability, remediation, footings, foundation treatments, and ground retention systems.

The successful candidate will prepare technical proposals, review project documentation, engage with clients throughout the pursuit, tendering, and delivery phases of projects, while supporting business development activities.

Leadership skills are essential for guiding junior engineers and fostering team capability.

  • Relevant qualifications in geotechnical engineering, with post-graduate study advantageous.
  • At least 7 years' experience in geotechnical consulting and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong investigation, interpretation, design, and delivery skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, prioritise tasks, and manage projects independently.
