Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their scope of cyber skills with a strong focus on detection and response to cyber incidents.

You will be responsible for acting as the customer advocate within the Cloud XDR Team and owning the operational relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the customer advocate within the Cloud XDR Team
  • Owning the operational relationships with the customers
  • Assist the operational teams in fixing issues that arise during the operation of services
  • Identify and implement technical enhancements to the services that drive value for our customers
  • Act as the SME to customers to improve the quality of service they are receiving and maintain a roadmap for those customers
  • Assist with the onboarding of new customers, building an understanding of customers business risks
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for a motivated individual with:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of basic cyber security principles
  • Experiencing with working in/around Security Operation Centres
  • Experience of using and/or managing SIEM/EDR/SOAR platforms
  • Ability to work, and manage time and tasks independently
