Job Title: Procurement and Facilities Administration Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our procurement and facilities teams in their day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting procurement by sourcing and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, ordering supplies, and maintaining contract databases
  • Handling maintenance requests, coordinating with contractors, tracking maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance
  • Maintaining records, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support to both departments

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in relevant software systems, and exceptional attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current driver's license for the state of Victoria
  • Valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance
  • Covid-19 vaccination and Flu-Vaccine
