Customer Service Team Lead

Be part of a renowned retail brand, Sheridan, as we look for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Birkenhead Point outlet.
This is a full-time 38-hour week role working across a Sunday-Thursday roster.
You will lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets. Drive a high-performing team that's committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising. Previous experience in people management, coaching, and delivering feedback is ideal.
Salary:$60,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
