Senior Outdoor Spaces Specialist

We're seeking an experienced landsperson to lead our on-site teams in delivering high-end landscaping projects across Sydney.
As a lead landscaper, you'll oversee the installation of various outdoor features including plants, trees, irrigation systems, turf, retaining walls, paving, decking, and other hardscaping elements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide team members.
- Lead small crews (1–2 team members) to deliver projects on time and to spec.
- Coordinate on-site works and liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Ensure safety compliance (WH&S) and accurate project documentation.
- Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced staff.
- Solve on-site challenges with practical, hands-on leadership.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a lead landscaper or similar supervisory position.
- Expertise in both hardscape and softscape installation.
- A Cert III in Landscape Construction (preferred).
- A White Card; MR/HR licence or LR & excavator ticket highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills and client-facing professionalism.
- Reliability, organisation, and a passion for delivering exceptional outdoor spaces.
