Job Title:

Horticultural Care Specialist

About the Role:

Maintain, preserve and promote gardens, landscaping and other outdoor spaces at a leading healthcare facility.

  • Ensure the beauty and functionality of outdoor areas are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the aesthetic appeal and usability of outdoor spaces.

This role involves working collaboratively with various teams to achieve common goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Garden Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain outdoor spaces to ensure they meet high standards of quality and safety.

2. Landscape Development: Design and implement new landscape designs to enhance the visual appeal and usability of outdoor areas.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from various departments to achieve shared objectives and improve overall performance.

4. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them, resulting in enhanced services and improved patient outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or equivalent relevant qualification.

2. Current NSW drivers licence.
