Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our KFC Yeppoon restaurant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Train and coach staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage store operations, including rosters, inventory, and cash handling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
