The Role

We are seeking an Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at the Rockhampton FC restaurant for a 6-month secondment. This hands-on role involves assisting the Restaurant General Manager in fostering an energetic and positive work environment for all team members. If you're looking to advance your career in front-line management within a successful international organization, this opportunity is ideal.

This is a secondment role lasting six months.

Key Criteria:

  • Demonstrable managerial skills
  • Must have been in your current role for at least 12 months
  • Proven ability to engage, lead, and motivate team members
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Energetic, resourceful, and committed
