**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate and control drones to gather intelligence and conduct surveillance
  • Launch, fly, and land drones in various environments and weather conditions
  • Interpret aerial photographs and sensor data to inform mission planning
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and respond to drone faults
  • Participate in search and rescue operations and provide support to ship and personnel
  • Develop and execute mission plans, including flight planning and coordination
  • Provide leadership and management to junior officers and sailors within your division
