Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a seasoned Engagement Strategist to develop and execute an impactful engagement plan that delights customers at a top-tier MSP.

  • Design and manage a comprehensive engagement calendar - newsletters, webinars, executive briefings, product spotlights
  • Craft compelling content that resonates - from catchy subject lines to thought-provoking thought-leadership pieces
  • Coordinate events and personalized gifts to surprise, delight, and deepen customer relationships
  • Advocate for data-driven insights - track NPS, stack attainment, and engagement metrics; share findings with account managers & leadership
  • Enhance the team's outreach capabilities - create templates, playbooks, and quick training so our AMs consistently wow customers
About the Role

This position requires some experience in internal marketing, client engagement, success, or account management (MSP / IT sector a plus). You should possess a storyteller's flair and a strategist's acumen - able to think campaign, write engaging copy, and analyze numbers. Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar) is also necessary.

  • Natural influencer - comfortable leading cross-functional projects without direct authority
  • An instinct for building genuine, human connections (phone, Zoom, coffee - whatever it takes)
