About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our Client Experience & Transformation team as a Director, Lending Experience, Private Wealth. This is a leadership opportunity to drive the development and delivery of policy and process requirements to support our high net worth lending experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Private Wealth and key stakeholders to develop and deliver initiatives to enhance our high net worth client lending experience.
  • Drive the simplification and change agenda to support Private Wealth lending excellence.
  • Contribute to business growth by gathering insights, developing and prioritizing initiatives, and leading delivery of improvement projects.
Requirements
  • Significant experience (10+ years) in credit risk/lending roles with policy development experience and broad experience across key stakeholder areas.
  • Strong influencing, negotiating, and stakeholder management ability.
  • Strategic and commercial thinking, complex problem-solving, planning, and prioritization excellence.
  • Innovation mindset.
  • Project management and execution leadership.
  • Understanding of high net worth client segment, lending policy, and process.
  • Drive and enthusiasm, self-motivated, and outcomes-oriented.
