The role involves the execution of CRM briefs, including coding, data segmentation, and deployment of all brand loyalty & campaigns across multiple channels. Campaigns are developed, segmented, and personalised using SQL, HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides direction for the CRM strategy and related activities
  • Develops, codes, and executes creative content to support CRM strategy and key projects
  • Stays up-to-date with design, code, and technology trends
  • Codes mobile-first and responsive layouts
  • DIRECTS THE VISUAL APPEARANCE OF NEW FEATURES AND ENHANCEMENTS
  • Works with designers to create on-brand user experiences
  • Interprets briefs to deliver engaging creative concepts
  • Leads improvements of usability across emails
  • Responsible for content and design across the CRM loyalty strategy and ensures it is on brand
  • Create quality mock-ups and prototypes
  • Responsible for developing engaging emails
  • Highly effective in developing and executing emails from end to end
  • Evaluates best practice digital design and coding

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in front-end web development with strong knowledge of hand-coding HTML and CSS
  • Previous graphic design experience acquired via a studio, advertising or branding agency
  • Exceptional design skills, eye for content quality
  • Experience in developing digital creative designs and layouts
  • A bachelor's degree / diploma in Web Development, IT, Multimedia, or relevant field
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS (InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • The ability to think creatively to produce innovative ideas and on-brand concepts, ensuring brand consistency
  • The ability to produce high-quality artwork within tight timeframes
  • Knowledge of design fundamentals and principles
