- Advising operational departments on material risk control and plant equipment compliance.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and review training content.
- Maintaining the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Providing coaching, mentoring and support to trainers and assessors.
- Generating and analysing training data and conducting audits.
- Designing and developing training packages based on skills needs analysis and gap closure activities.
