Our Team is Growing

We seek a skilled technician to join our Warwick team on a part-time basis (42 hours per fortnight). A typical day involves providing various treatments to clients, including laser hair removal, dermal, and skin treatments. You will add value to our clients by offering treatment recommendations and product advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Conduct treatments, including laser hair removal and dermal treatments.
  • Offer personalized treatment plans and product recommendations to address client concerns.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all relevant protocols.

Requirements:

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (with ongoing training provided)
  • Proven sales performance and achievement of personal and team KPIs
  • Experience with medical-grade devices is not essential but desirable
  • Strong communication and consultation skills to satisfy client expectations
  • Laser safety officer certificate is beneficial but not required
