Intensive Tenancy Manager Role

As an Intensive Tenancy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of individuals and families within our housing community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective management of tenancy agreements and rent processes to ensure seamless compliance with legislation.
  • Providing comprehensive support to tenants through onboarding, needs assessments, and referrals to foster improved wellbeing and community connection.
  • Overseeing property inspections and maintenance coordination to uphold high-quality service standards.
  • Maintaining strict compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and internal policies to guarantee resident safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with asset and support teams to drive improvements in resident outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage complex cases.
  • Proficient in tenancy legislation, property systems, and reporting to ensure accurate data management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in tenancy or housing management with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related fields are desirable but not essential.
  • A current driver's licence is required for travel across the Illawarra/Shoalhaven region.
