Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Content Creator to join our team. This role involves managing the entire video production process, from scripting and planning to filming, sound recording, editing, and final delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Scripting & Pre-Production: Writing scripts, shot lists, and storyboards">
  • Scheduling shoots, locations, logistics, and securing permits">
  • Preparing and checking equipment">
  • Filming & Audio: Operating or directing camera, lighting, and sound">
  • Directing talent and capturing high-quality footage">
  • Setting up microphones, recording clean dialogue/ambient sound, and managing noise">
  • Editing & Post-Production: Importing and organizing footage, editing with software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve), adding transitions, titles, music, and effects">
  • Color correction, basic VFX, and supervising assistants">
  • Delivery & Marketing: Exporting in correct formats, delivering via cloud/USB/social media">
  • (Optional) Upload strategies, captions, thumbnails for engagement">
  • Project Management & Live Streaming: Managing timelines, invoicing, budgets, and contractors">
  • Planning and running webinars/live events: camera switching, overlays, audio/visual monitoring, audience engagement">
  • Equipment & Research: Maintaining/upgrading gear and staying updated with industry trends">

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or higher in the relevant field

At least one (1) year of relevant experience
