Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Visy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the business is meeting its targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a process manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
