Key Responsibilities- Support the service and growth of our Independent network at the state level by participating in a specialist sales function.
- Actively participate in a specialist, high-performing, customer-focused, sales-driven, and results-oriented team to drive performance outcomes and growth for the Nutrien Independents network.
- Support weekly sales-out campaigns, focusing on Independent benefits and profit opportunities.
- Undertake regular scheduled contact with allocated Independents to maintain strong relationships and address their needs.
- Drive the uptake of Nutrien's Proprietary range through forecast and pre-delivery periods.
- Contribute to delivering customer growth year-over-year.
- Proactively collaborate with the wider Independent Team in relevant locations to resolve issues as they arise.
- Actively identify and pursue process and procedure improvements to perform duties effectively and in a timely manner.
- Provide daily assistance and where required act on behalf of the State Manager to ensure operational consistency with broader strategies and objectives, and to support daily decision-making and initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven history in sales and business development, who can build relationships with key stakeholders and influence others. You will also have a passion to drive results, the skill to work autonomously and within a national team, and a genuine interest for the agricultural industry.
PC Literacy – Good understanding of the Microsoft Suite is also required.
