Job Title: Commercial Analyst

Join News Corp Australia as a Commercial Analyst and play a key role in driving business growth and improvement across our supply chain operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a high-performing commercial team to support the supply chain, property, and procurement divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to supply chain operations, identifying patterns, correlations, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization, leveraging process mapping and workflow analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain reports, Power BI dashboards, and KPIs to track operational metrics, monitor performance, and provide insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical thinker with a data-driven approach and problem-solving mindset.
  • Refined interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, positive, proactive, collaborative, and inquisitive.
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in a similar role using the skills outlined.
