About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boutique Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious jewellery store located in The Strand Arcade, Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading by example. They will assist the Boutique Manager in driving sales, managing a small team, and ensuring the store maintains its luxurious, welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, providing personalized styling advice and creating memorable experiences.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's aesthetic.
  • Manage stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure the boutique is always beautifully presented.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in training and developing the team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail, preferably within a luxury or boutique environment.
  • A passion for jewellery, with diamond knowledge looked favourably upon.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and a flair for visual merchandising.
