Customer Service Representative Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with proven customer service skills within retail and/or warehousing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building excellent customer relationships.
  • General duties supporting the branch in daily operations, such as:
  • Receiving and storing incoming goods.
  • Order processing including point of sale and invoicing.
  • Picking and packing outgoing goods to customers and store transfers.
  • Assisting with stock control including inventory monitoring and stocktakes.
  • Championing safety and compliance requirements.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve results.

The ability to do small pump repairs would be advantageous.

You will have experience working in a retail sales and/or warehouse environment. Ideally, you will have a car license and/or a forklift license (or willingness and ability to obtain).

It would be beneficial to have irrigation experience with good knowledge of pipe types/sizes, applications, and fittings. Experience in or ability to learn how to make recommendations for irrigation parts and pumps for various uses such as household, dams, water.
