Job Summary

This is a permanent role offering immediate start. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a desire to deliver superior products to customers.

The bakery environment is fast-paced, but our teams are energized and dedicated to sharing their knowledge and skills with others.

  • Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent is required.
  • A formal apprenticeship within Australia is also necessary.
About the Role

We're seeking an experienced baker who can lead our team and provide excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for creating delicious, high-quality baked goods and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

  • You must be able to work well under pressure in a busy bakery environment.
  • A curious mindset and drive for self-improvement are essential.
  • Care and genuine interest in supporting the Bakery team are also required.
  • You'll need to prioritize your own wellbeing and resilience while supporting your peers.
