Lead Branch Professional

The Role:

A key component of this position is to spearhead and optimize branch performance while cultivating our presence in community engagements. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, seizing every opportunity to enhance customer relationships, and nurturing a high-performing team.

  • Foster strategic relationships in the local community with the aim of increasing our customer base in Griffith and surrounding areas.

  • Banking and Lending experience is highly desirable but not essential for the right leader.
