About Our Facilities Management Role

As a proactive and skilled professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of our regional facilities management services. This position involves providing expert advice on key Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes, including hazard management, incident, injury, and claims management, HSE auditing, and procedure review.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, with proven experience in developing and delivering HSE training programs. You will be responsible for maintaining effective HSE risk management processes, creating and updating HSE communication channels, conducting thorough investigations of significant hazards or incidents, and assisting in resolving HSE issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop consultation and communication plans to support project implementation
  • Maintain effective HSE risk management processes, including reviewing and updating registers such as hazard registers, risk assessment registers, and chemical registers
  • Create and update HSE communication channels, such as performance reports, safety alerts, Toolbox Talks, and online portals
  • Conduct thorough investigations of significant hazards or incidents, utilizing root cause analysis techniques
  • Assist in resolving HSE issues and promote consultation and participation from all levels within the organization
